Program Erasmus na Wydziale Fizyki PW

INCOMING STUDENTS

Thank you for your interest in spending one or two semesters at Faculty of Physics of Warsaw University of Technology!

Before application please make sure that your university have valid Erasmus+ agreement with our Faculty. Than you should pass qualification procedure at your university and when you succeed your Erasmus+ coordinator should send nomination for exchange (by email at erasmus@if.pw.edu.pl).

In order to apply for an Erasmus+ exchange to our Faculty, you must fill following documents:

1. Student Application Form

- fill, sign and scan to the PDF file

2. Learning Agreement

- fill, sign, get signatures from your University Authorities and scan to PDF file

3. Copy of your ID or passport - scanned to the PDF file

4. Transcript of Records - issued by your university and scanned to PDF file

5. Proof of language skills (English or Polish - at least B2 level) - certificate or statement authorized by your university - scanned to the PDF file

All mentioned above PDF files should be send to erasmus@if.pw.edu.pl.

Documents should be sent before May 30 (for exchange starting on October) or November 30 (for summer semester mobility).
